Information Collection
   Sher Ken Enterprises is responsible for the information collected on this site.  We will not sell,  rent, or otherwise distribute information gathered on this site to others except as disclosed in this statement.  We may collects information from our users at several different points on our websites.

Order Forms
   We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address and phone or e-mail addresses for confirmation purposes ) and financial information necessary to complete a transaction (like credit card numbers and expiration dates).

On some orders, you may submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's information, Under these circumstances the additional types of personal information collected are:
          Addressee's Name
          Mailing Address
          and a way to confirm receipt

How We Use Information
   We use the information you provide about yourself and any information you provide about a gift for someone else, only to complete the order, ship the product and confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except as necessary to complete the order.

If we offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product that you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We may use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for unsolicited mailings or any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive product information or our catalogs or updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for that purpose unless you request it by filling in an information request area of an order form.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
    Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is designed or intended to attract anyone under 13.

Cookies
   A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.  For instance, by setting a cookie on your computer you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on a site.  If a user rejects cookies, they may still use our site. Cookies also enable sites to track and target the interests of users and to enhance their experience while on a site.

Log Files
   We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses will not linked to personally identifiable information.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company or payment service to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

When the user signs up for these goods or services, we will only share information that is necessary to provide those goods or services and our partners are only allowed to use personally identifiable information for the purpose of providing those goods and services.

   If a user wishes to subscribe to a newsletter from this site, we require name and email address only which we will not distribute to others.

   From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  Information requested may include contact information, and demographic information.    This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.  When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected.   All users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing clerks or customer service representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Any time policies are revised or added to,  our employees will be  notified of the changes and reminded of the the importance we place on privacy, and what they must do to ensure that your information is protected.

Removing, Correcting and or Updating Personal Information
   You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows an error. When information is no longer needed to fulfill your transaction we will delete it from our records at your request.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take all reasonable steps to verify your identity before we grant access to, or make changes or corrections to, your account information

If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Privacy Policy Page before it goes into effect so our users may be aware of what  information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
